Terrapin Junction

The client agrees to employ Terrapin Junction, hereafter referred to as band, to play live music. The person representing client is under no minor disability and has the legal capacity to contract as an agent for the parties purchasing the personal services of the band. On the same calendar day of the engagement client will pay band the price for services rendered in cash or equally negotiable instrument. Client will provide adequate electrical power, stage area, and time to perform a sound check prior to the engagement as specified herein. While the band's equipment is on the client's premises before, during, and after the actual time of performance, client will be responsible for damage or theft from any source of property owned or rented by the band, employer, or members of the band with the following exception: equipment damaged by the band is the responsibility of the band.

Fulfillment of the aforementioned responsibility of the client includes, but is not limited to, full replacement value in the form of cash or equally negotiable instrument of any and all damaged or lost equipment and personal property remitted directly to the band within ten business days. Band will not be liable for breach of contract due to accident, sickness, riot, strike, Act of God, or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the band. Band will provide twenty four hours notice in the case of emergency. Upon cancellation, band will try to find a substitute or arrange another date.
